How can we help

Osteopaths treat a wide range of conditions with a primary focus on the musculoskeletal system. Through a combination of hands-on techniques and tailored exercise programs—including stretching and strengthening exercises—they work to reduce pain, improve flexibility, and enhance overall strength.

Osteopathy takes a holistic approach to health. The source of pain is not always the area that needs direct treatment. By viewing the body as a connected, functional unit, osteopaths can identify and address underlying imbalances—leading to more effective, long-term results.

What issues may osteopaths help with?

  • Back pain: Including lower back pain, sciatica, and pelvic girdle pain.
  • Neck pain: And related headaches.
  • Joint pain: Including hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, elbow, and wrist pain.
  • Sports injuries: Sprains, strains, and other injuries related to physical activity.
  • Postural problems: Addressing issues arising from work, pregnancy, or other factors.
  • Muscle strains and spasms: Including those related to overuse or injury.
  • Jaw pain (TMJ): And related headaches.
  • Tendinitits and bursitis

  • Arthritis: Helping to manage pain and improve joint mobility.
  • Scoliosis: Osteopaths may help manage pain and improve movement in individuals with scoliosis.
  • Repetitive strain injuries (RSIs): Such as those caused by prolonged computer use.
  • Headaches: Including tension headaches.
  • Pregnancy-related discomfort: Helping to manage pain and improve posture during and after pregnancy.
  • Nerve pain: Including sciatica.
  • Feeding/latching issues with newborns:  possibly due to neck pain.
  • Birth related trauma/injuries: babies musculoskeletal injury from delivery, torticollis and muscle imbalances.
